Wireless: BP300/WH300 power lights do not turn green and I heard “out of range” from ear piece.
Be sure the MB300ES base station power is on. Turn the BP300/WH300 power on and off. Confirm that the Beltpac/Headset are not too far from the base station. Please note that your 300 meter transmit range is based upon line of sight. The operating range can be effected by high density walls, metal doors, and other RF reflectors.
