Partyline: Can I set the RS-701 talk button for a "double tap latch"?

The RS-701 is currently configured via recessed dip switch to function as a single tap latch or non-latching talk button.  Double tap latch functionality is not supported.
As with other Clear-Com products the talk button if pressed and held down acts as a momentary talk, as soon as the operator releases the button the talk is no longer enabled.  A quick tap enables a "latched" talk with the green talk led "on". 
To enable non-latching talk functionality the user will loosen the beltclip to expose the dip switch bank, set dip switch position 6 to "OFF".
