Wireless: When trying to register a beltpac/headset, you hear “registration failed”

Press the RESET button on the base station with the point of a pen.  The STATUS window will show “8” and then become blank
Try again to register the beltpac/headset.  Be sure that you are not seeing the letter "F" on the LED display this would indicate that the base station registry is full and can not accept anymore beltpacs. You will need to reset the base station registry. This is done by holding down the CLR/BND button and pressing the RESET button together. If done successfully then you will see a small "c" on the LED display.
horizontalbars indicate that the base is in secondary mode and unless you are in sync with a primary base you will not be able to register beltpacs. You will need to locate the primary base and re-engage or take the base out of secondary mode. Refer to the base manual for instructions.
