IP-LQ: LQ-2W2 connection to Telex Audiocom 2-wire balanced intercom

Question: Hi, I am wondering if your LQ series systems would work with our existing telex audiocom 2-wire balanced intercom system? 

Solution: The LQ-2W2 does not directly support connection to the Telex Audiocom Balanced lines to the LQ Partyline 2-wire connections. To connect your Audiocom system to the LQ 2-wire ports you will need to use a system adapter such as the RTS CCB-1.

One adapter will be needed for each connection made between the LQ and the Audiocom system. So if you are using the LQ to bridge 1 channel between 2 remote systems you will need 2 interfaces and if you are bridging 2-channels between 2 remote systems you will need 4 interfaces.
