Wireless: Beltpack for DX200 not adjusting sidetone

Hello, 
I have a question about the beltpacks for the DX200 of our venue (Jahrhunderthalle Bochum, Germany). 
It would be really fantastic if you could help out! 
For any reason I don't know suddenly the sidetone volume adjustment on our beltpack units is not possible anymore! 
If I hold the "IC" button pressed while doing "up" or "down" no change will appear - and if do "up" or "down" while in the "IC-Mode (after hittng the button only once" only the main volume changes!)

answer: Re-registering the beltpack solved the problem. Customer really happy about great support!
