The wiring diagram below should allow for interfacing a Motorola HT1250 2-way radio to a Clear-Com TW-47 party-line interface. Note that the best way to build up the cable is to use a molded connector / cable, order Motorola part # 31015829H02, this is the replacement cable for the PMMN4027 remote speaker mic.

Set TW-47 internal jumpers as follows:
J6 to off
J7 to off
J8 to on
