My Tempest BP does not connect to base and doesn't display the Radio Version
Issue: No Radio Version on Tempest Beltpack
Note:
In the BP's Main Menu, go to <Belt Settings>, <Tech Menu>, and <Diagnostics>.
Confirm that the RADIO VERSION is displayed (1.15 or 1.18, etc.)
If not displayed, either the radio module is not functioning properly or it has become disconnected from the internal antenna.

What Can I Do Next?
Please return it for repair.
First generate an RA number from Clear-Com Tech support (+1 510-337-6600 select option #2)
Then fill out the TEMPEST RIF and send it in to the Alabama facility for repair.
