Wireless: When I try to reprogram frequencies on a WTR-670 beltpack it refuses the change

Wireless: When I try to reprogram frequencies on a WTR-670 beltpack it refuses the change

Question:  I have a WBS-670 wireless intercom system and I'm trying to reprogram the frequencies to avoid some wireless microphone systems in the same building.  The new frequencies for the WBS-670 are within the bandpass of the system, but when I try to reprogram the first WTR-670 beltpack it refuses to accept the new transmit and receive frequencies when I select group 01A channel 1.  What am I doing wrong?
Answer:  On WBS-670 and WBS-680 systems the first 24 frequency groups are pre-programmed frequency groups designed to work with other WBS pre-programmed frequencies when multiple units are used together.  As such they cannot be edited or changed from their default settings.
Therefore Groups 01A to 24 CANNOT be changed from their factory settings.
However User defined Groups 25 to 36 are initially unprogrammed when units leave the factory and are completely programmable by the user to create custom frequencies on a WBS system frequency band.  Both transmit and receive bands are editable by the user.
