Partyline: Can a TWC-701 work in reverse, that is take a 2 channel TW feed and break it out into two seperate 3-pin XLR feeds?

Question:  Just wondering if this product works backwards as well. I need to take a TW 3 pin line and extract two separate 3 pin channels from it. Will this work that way with some turn-around adapters on the XLRs? Or is there a different product that would do that?

Answer:  The TWC-701 is designed to take two separate 3-pin single channel PL feeds and combine them together on a single 3-pin XLR feed.  The TWC-701 can supply approximately 600 mA of DC power before it will trip.  After the short or overload condition is removed reset the circuit breaker using the reset button on the unit.

It is not designed to work in reverse (un-combine the single TW feed into separate channel A and B feeds on 3-pin XLR feeds). Note: The TWC-701 is powered from the standard Clear-Com party-line 3-pin XLR port.
