Matrix: How do I change the brightness of the displays on V-Series panels?

V-Series panel display OLED brightness can be adjusted several different ways: 
From ECS software / Cards and Ports / Advanced Settings















V-Series Panels Display Brightness Settings (locally at panel)
Press “Menu” button on panel, then select LOCAL PREFERENCES, then select BRIGHTNESS from the menu selections on the panel OLED displays as shown below.
