When you find that an ICS-22 panel experiences erratic operation, such as talk channels A & B not working even though programmed, Check the following a) In ECS/ EHX panel programming there is no ICS-22 mimic, a ICS-1008 panel is used instead.See Clear-Com solution "Matrix: Provisioning ICS-21 ICS-22 ICS-24 in Eclipse and VOICE" for detailed information
b) That the three option switches on the main PCB all set to OFF (facing away from the PCB, towards the metal front). This is the only supported setting for ICS-22 panels on Eclipse.See ICS-22 manual "Option Switches".http://www.clearcom.com/product/digital-matrix/user-panel/ics-22/download
