Partyline: What are the differences between the Encore TW-12C and PL Pro TW-12B interface?

Question:  I'd like to know the difference between the TW-12B & TW-12C. We have the B but need to upgrade if there are any significant updates to the Encore TW-12C.
Answer:  The main differences between the TW-12C and TW-12B are the following:
1.  The TW-12C is RoHS compliant
2.  The TW-12C has a 4-pin Male XLR on the front panel that is used as a null monitor jack
3.  The TW-12C is styled to fit in with the existing Encore PL series hardware
The electrical / operating characteristics between the two models are the same.
