Matrix: Can a IMF-1 interface frame work with a Matrix +3 frame?

Matrix: Can a IMF-1 interface frame work with a Matrix +3 frame?

IMF-1 interface frames and PSU-102 power supplies were Matrix +II generation products and are not compatible with Matrix +3 frames.  The equivalent model numbers for Matrix +3 are the IMF-3 interface frame and PSU-101 power supply.
The IMF-1 interface frame used rear panel cards that housed a db-15 connector for connections back to the Matrix +II frame and a db-9 for interfacing to the interface card.
CCI-22s and FOR-22 front panel interface cards in IMF-1 interface frames can be used in IMF-3 frames but will need a 710538Z (current) or older 710403Z rear panel card.
RLY-8s and TEL-12 front panel interface cards used in Matrix +II interface frames cannot migrate to Matrix +3 systems and will need to be replaced with RLY-6 and TEL-14 interface cards.
Note: Matrix+2 and Matrix+3 systems have been replaced by the Eclipse range of matrices and panels. Visit the Clear-Com web site to view the Eclipse range of matrices, panels and interfaces http://www.clearcom.com/product/digital-matrix
