PartyLine: Can a single FL-7 flasher function properly across multiple separate party-lines?

Question:  I want to know if a single FL-7 flasher can be made to function across multiple separate party-lines by simply using a Y-cable from the PL channels to the FL-7?
Answer:  The use of a single FL-7 flasher would cause the separate PL channels to be linked together due to the use of the Y-cable to tie all channels to the flasher module.  Meaning that the call system from one PL channel would be seen on the other PL channel. Also by linking the PL channels by a Y cable may issues if terminations are not set properly 
The proper solution would be to use a separate FL-7 flasher on each PL channel to preserve the isolation on each PL channel.
