Wireless: How do I wire up a Sennheiser HMD 46-31 headset to a CEL-BP?
The Sennheiser HMD-46-31 headset is shipped with a pig tailed cable, the user is responsible for wiring the headset to a specific connector. This is a dynamic headset with a balanced output. Tie the MIC low to MIC ground in this case which results in an unbalanced MIC output which is the default setting for the CEL-BP beltpack.
In the case of the CEL-BP which has a 4-pin XLR connector scheme wire the headset cable to a 4-pin XLR-F connector as shown below:
