Matrix: How do I access the port # and port name on a Eclipse ICS-2003 panel?
To access the port number of an ECS compatible ICS-2003 panel simply press the MENU key on the keypad. This will put the panel in menu mode and the port name and port number should be available to see.
If the menu button doesn't put the panel into menu mode look at the ECS software settings for this port, The menu access may be blocked by design, go to Setup Matrix Hardware / Advanced Settings for the port in question, Soft Mode Options and check the status of the diagnostic or maintenance menus.
