1 and 2 RU V-Series main panels can support up to 8 expansion panels of the same key type (pushbutton main with pushbutton expansions only and lever key main with lever key expansions only).
To add an expansion panel use the panel advances setting options under setup ‘Matrix Hardware’; To programme the keys on the expansion panel go the panel programming screen and select to programme keys on the main host panel. Then open the right hand drop-down list (normally displaying ‘Main Panel’) to show the list of all the expansion panels configured and select the required expansion panel. The graphic below shows both the setup matrix hardware screen and the Panel programming screen.
