Wireless: What transmit mode should I use on the WTR-670 or 680 beltpack?

Next to the LCD screen on the back panel of the WTR beltpack is a recessed slide switch that determines the transmitt mode of the beltpack Push to Talk (PT talk) or Push to Transmit (PT TX).  
See the recessed slide switch to the right of the LCD display, it can be toggled with a small blade screwdriver

















Push to Talk mode (PT Talk) -- Recommended position -- The transmitter is always on.  No audio is sent unless the talk switch, WTA or SA button is pressed.
Push to Transmit (PT TX) --The transmitter and audio path are off except when the talk switch, WTA or SA button is pressed.
