Wireless: How do I construct a dummy Intercom load for WBS-670/680 base stations?

When connecting two WBS-670 or WBS-680 base stations together to form a stand alone wireless intercom system (no wired intercom involved) a dummy load needs to be connected to the IC A and IC B lines to prevent the audio from oscillating in the beltpack user's headsets.
Items needed to build a dummy load in a 3-pin XLR connector: (1) 3-pin XLR connector  (1) 220 ohm resistor  (1) 10 uF 50 Vdc non-polar capacitor ( a polarized 10 uf 50Vdc capacitor can be used, orient the minus lead to pin 1 of XLR) (1)  4k7 ohm resistor.
Schematic wiring below.
