Service: MVX-A16 programming cable for Eclipse systems

The MVX-A16 programming cable is used to upgrade the MVX sections of E32 or E-Pico frames and MVX-A16 port cards used in Eclipse Median and Omega frames. 
The cable requires a DB9F and HE13 connector  
The cable is used in conjunction with the Renesas Flash Development Toolkit software and a serial port on the host PC.  The software is supplied as part of the the Eclipse software release CD or DVD.
