If you want to use a  in-line 3rd party box to monitor the madi signals between your console and the Clear-Com matrix
Then there are a number of MadiI monitoring units and Madi AD/DA converters that can be used We have successfully used RME Madi MA-16 DA and AD units for such tasks http://www.rme-audio.de/en_index.php
