Matrix: Do I need Windows UAC switched on or off when using ECS / EHX

In general, ECS and EHX do not work well with UAC turned on.
Using ECS  5.2, turn UAC off
Using EHX 7.0 and 7.1,  turn UAC off
using EHX 7.5 requires that UAC is turned off; 
we would definitely recommend that UAC is switched off.
Note:  User Account Control (UAC) notifies you before changes are made to your PC that require administrator-level permission. By default, UAC is set to notify you whenever apps try to make changes to your PC, but you can change how often UAC notifies you.
Settings:
*  Always notify me
*  Notify me only when apps try to make changes to my computer (default)
*  Notify me only when apps try to make changes to my computer (don't dim my desktop)
*  Never notify me
