You DO NOT need to downgrade IVC/EQUE MkII cards (with Blue PCB) for them to work on ECS 52x matrices
IVC / EQUE cards with firmware version 3.18.5 or later do not need to be downgraded they have been tested to work on ECS 52x systems
Note: There are two types of IVC / EQUE cards MkI with green PCB MkII with blue PCB It does not matter the card type IVC / EQUE cards with v7.x firmware work with ECS 52x matrices without having to change the firmware
