Concert: Is a Concert 2.6 client interface supported by a Concert 2.5 EMS Server?

Question:  I would like to run the current released version of the Concert client (version 2.6.0.49) on my PC, is this version supported by a Concert Server Platform running version 2.5? 
Answer:  Versions have to match or connection issues can occur.  In the case above the Concert client would not connect to the server running the earlier version.
