Question: I had upgraded 4 v-panels from v4.2 to v5.2.3. They were working well for a week after the upgrade but started misbehaving yesterday. All 4 upgraded v-panels'gooseneck mics are not working. The app code is A.0.25.0. I did all v-panels firmware upgrade through ECS and it says the update was successful. Is there any other similar incident reported?
Answer: App code A.0.25.0 on v-panel means it is still running v4.2. For upgrading v-panels from v4.2 to v5.2, You will need to do an upgrade via TFTP for both the Uboot and the main app. kernel and root file. See upgrade guide page 112 onwards for step by step instructions.
