IP Concert: Audio link to Eclipse frame lost after upgrading to Concert Server 2.7

Question: I upgraded my Concert Server from version 2.6 to version 2.7 that connects to my Eclipse Median EHX 7.0 frame. After reloading the database to my upgraded Concert Server and updating all my Concert clients to version 2.7, I tried to test the Concert clients, but all I can see is the signalization at my Eclipse panels, no audio paths talk or listen can be heard on any Eclipse panels from the Concert clients. Can you help point me to any possible issues with the upgrade process.
Answer: Since the Concert clients are connecting to the Concert server and Concert Server is connecting to the Eclipse frame, reset the Eclipse frame by initiating a "RED" reset, that should fix the issue. Also restart the Concert Server by going into terminal mode and entering the following reset command: sudo service concert start
