When working with the standalone executable version of Eclipse Configuration System (ECS) v5.2, the following message may be shown:
Failed to load Msxmlsql.dll. Could not find prepared statement with handle 0.
The most common method to resolve this issue is to restart your PC and reopen ECS. This is a one-time issue and you will not have to regularly restart your PC.
