Wireless: DX200 system has two antennas do they act as "two diversity antennas, both working as Tx/Rx", or is one Tx and the other Rx?

Wireless: DX200 system has two antennas do they act as "two diversity antennas, both working as Tx/Rx", or is one Tx and the other Rx?

Question: Is the system to be looked at as "two diversity antennas, both working as Tx/Rx", or is one Tx and the other Rx?Having a big area to be covered by a base station is it possible/recommended that one of the antennas are remotely positioned away from the base station for i.e. get coverage around the other side of a wall etc. or does the system loose over all functionality if not both antennas are close to each other?
Answer: The DX series radios transmit and receive from each antenna so separating them into separate rooms can still work but would defeat the space diversity feature of the radio. But it wouldn't hurt to separate the antenna depending on your environment/coverage conditions to that particular antenna.
