In the Concert manual it states that I need to enter the Eclipse matrix hostname ? ... please explain Is the hostname theIP address of the matrix (-IP CPU) ?or IP address of the IVC-32 card ?  
Do I need to add the TCP/IP port number :  ?   and TCP/IP port do you use? 
Firstly a concert system is normally a PC to PC communication system over your own secure hardware and network. One of the benefits of the Concert system is that you can enable PC clients to become part of the matrix intercom system. This allows report users to have virtual intercom panel appear on their PC (laptop) as long as they have an internet connection , they can communicate as part of the intercom matrix (studio) system
To setup a Concert to Eclipse matrix connection. On the Concert server : declare a Eclipse matrix (hostname) this tells the Concert PC clients which intercom matrix IVC card to connect to The Eclipse - hostname that should be set on the concert server ... should equal the Eclipse matrix IVC-32 IP address 
The hostname = IP address = IVC32 card and should also include the TCP/IP port used for the communication 
example: the hostname will look like this : 192.168.42.160:6001 would be the correct setting on the Concert server: >>192.168.42.160 = IVC-32 IP address as set in ECS/ EHX >> :6001 = the TCP IP port (default = 6001 as set in ECS/EHX)
once these are set .... complete the concert setup by going to the users setup screen in concert and enable which clients can have access to the Eclipse matrix and setting their login codes 
Also ensure that the same login codes are set in the ECS/ EHX configuration program
