Wireless: DX beltpack - BP200, BP210, BP300 sidetone is distorted

There are three areas for audio adjustment for the DX product beltpacks.

a) Main audio volume

b) Side tone adjust

c) Microphone gain adjust. 


If any of these are set to maximum gain the user could hear distortion in the headset. The user should start at 50% for each adjustment and make adjustments to suit their personal taste.

Please refer to the appropriate product manual for the proper button adjustments.

Also if the DX basestation is connected to any external wired system (PL or 4wire) then check the the following - the system with the external connections disconnected - the wired system wiring / termination- the DX basestation has been auto-nulled.
