How do I setup an Inhibit of a crosspoint that is set to Forced Listen in ECS Local Advanced?
Answer: to disable the forced listen crosspoint which has been setup in the ECS(V5.2) >Local Advanced > Forced listen screen. You need to inhibit the crosspoint
1) Create a Control2) Create a Route, then select the Route and edit the ( Source Port / Action – INHIBIT TALK / Destination Port )Set the action of the route to be INHIBIT talk Set the source and destination fields of the route to match the ports used to make the forced listen3) Select the Control and then add or associate the Route to the control4) Go to the panel programming screen and assign the Control to a panel key
