Is a dongle ID# (system ID) code required for HMS-24-UG (upgrade)?

Yes, it is required for any type of license concerns. To find the dongle ID (system ID#) on your HMS base see below.
From the CCM:
Make the following menu selections: device=> General=> License=> System
From the front panel:
Select and follow the cascading LCD display options: Menu => Administration => License => Current
To purchase the HMS-24-UG we require the Helixnet System ID , in order to generate passcode
