We are pleased to announce that Agent-IC V2.0 for IOS is now available from the Apple App store. The delay in it’s release has allowed us time to test with IOS 11, the latest Apple Phones and also to introduce a new Limited Demo Mode. This new version supports connection to both Eclipse-HX (version 8.5 or higher) and LQ (version 4.0 or higher) systems and will open Agent-IC use to wider set of Clear-Com customers.   Note on Agent-IC V2.0 (IOS) Users who download Agent-IC V2.0 (IOS) for the first time will be able to select a test system to connect to from the startup screen.
  • This allows them to experience using Agent-IC by connecting to either of our Poway based demo systems (Eclipse-HX or LQ).
(Note the default Eclipse-HX via EHX Profile 1). Existing Agent-IC V1.0 users, who update the App, will have EHX Profile 1 set to their host Eclipse-HX system and can press <Start> as normal to use Agent-IC.  Limited Demo mode In addition to using Agent-IC with our demonstration systems, a limited demo feature is also available in Version 2.0 (IOS) for customers to connect to their own LQ and Eclipse-HX systems (without an Agent-IC license).  This “try before you buy” demonstration feature is not suitable for operational use and is limited as follows …
  • A demo countdown counter is displayed on connection  
  • The connection will shut down automatically after a few minutes
  • An occasional vocal message is overlaid on the audio (saying  “Demo” )
  • Only 3x connections are supported per day
 (Please note Agent-IC V2.1 will soon be released for Android and will also provide the Limited Demo mode outlined above).
