The EASI-PICO customer will need to order:- 
•    SOFTWARE-UG-PICO                     
•    EASI-PICO-UG                                    
For this the customer will receive the passcode to unlock the EASI-PICO and the latest frame software & ECS 
The benefits of upgrading from an EASI-PICO to a PICO are as follows 
•    Increased port count from 16 ports to 32 ports 
•    Full access to the whole range of Clear-Com panels including V-series (EASI-PICO users are confined to ICS-1016 & ICS-1008 panels) 
•    Full access to ECS including user defined config maps (EASI-PICO users are limited to 4 pre-set maps and ECS is blocked )
