HelixNet: Do HBP-2X beltpacks use an internal IP address?

The HelixNet system uses a 10.0.0.x IP address range internally between the HMS-4X Main Station and the HBP-2x
Beltpacks on power lines 1 and 2, and therefore will not allow setting the external IP address to anything in that range
on the base station networking settings.
