please see attached for pin out info when making adapter cable for V-series AES panels to connect over RME or ProGrid units 
Details are for a RME or a PROGRID PG-MADI unit . 
The Cables are DB25 to RJ45 cables 
Matrix+E-Madi card <Progrid Madi>fibre ring <Progrid AES> V-series AES panel
