IP LQ: What are the power options for a LQ box

The LQ box can be powered by either - local DC power or - PoE (meets standard PoE regulations <12W)
Transitioning  between PSU and PoE will have the following results:

1.       PSU powered (no PoE) Connecting PoE – No change in operation 

2.       Both PSU and PoE Disconnecting PoE – No change in operation Disconnecting PSU – results in a reboot of the unit 

3.       PoE (no PSU)             Connecting PSU - automatically increases power available on 2W interface (~30mA to ~150mA)
