Digital Partyline: How do I downgrade a Helixnet V3 system to Helixnet V2.x
Downgrading from V3 to V2 is similar to upgrade from V1.1 to V2.0.Except that configuration is lost. You need: - To unzip the V2 firmware file to the root of a USBdrive: (contact Clear-Com for a copy of the Helixnet V2.x file)- You will end up with 2 files, npl-2.0.71.ccb andnpl-2.0.71.hnb- In the HMS Front Panel Menu selectAdministration->Software->Update->npl-2.0.71.ccb- This will first update the HMS and the modules in it.After a reboot it will update all connected devices- IMPORTANT: For HKB-2X and HRM-4X to update, the USBstick with npl-2.0.71.hnb must stay plugged in the HMS-4X.
