Wireless: What are my mounting options for the Freespeak II transceiver antenna?

Wireless: What are my mounting options for the Freespeak II transceiver antenna?

Question:  Do the antennas need to be oriented vertical or horizontal? The user guide makes it seem as though its
horizontal but my A1 insists they need to be vertical.
Answer:  The Freespeak II transceiver antennas can be mounted vertically using the three mounting holes on the sides
of the case or the transceiver can be mounted horizontally using the threaded microphone stand inserts in the bottom
of the case.  You can mount either way as the unit uses two internal strip line antennas, one is polarized vertically and
one is polarized horizontally.  In either mounting scheme the transceiver radiates an omini-directional RF signal.
