Matrix: How do I assign alias labels to MADI ports

In order to locally assign and use alias labels on theMADI ports you can either leave the ‘Auto Alias Updates’ property set toDisabled or set it to PM/HCI.When you set it to PM/HCI it will not only usethe assigned alias locally, but it also sends the first 4 chars of the aliasOUT on the MADI channel as the MADI channel ID. If you set the Madi alias mode to "REMOTE" Then it will always use the label comingIN on the channel as the alias if there is one. If you assign an alias locallyit will be removed approx 1 second after you apply it when the CPU card pollsthe MADI channel for a MADI label.
