I was wondering if there is a way to re-wire the Mini Connector on an HS15 to work with the 4-Pin XLR on my base station.

Sorry it won't work because the mic element on the HS15 headset is aelectret type. The mic element should be dynamic when using a headset to the main station headset connection.
