Wireless: Can I get a replacement battery sled hook for my WTR-670 beltpack?

Question:  I have a WTR-670 beltpack that has a broken battery sled hook assembly, the battery sled doesn't stay in place.  The hook assembly is screwed in with just a couple screws so it can be easily replaced in the field, all I need is the part # to order the replacement part.
Answer:  The replacement battery hook for WTR-670 and WTR-680 beltpacks is available as a spare part number 280389Z, please contact Clear-Com sales
