Wireless: Why are my registered CEL-BPs on a CellCom base in "Searching" mode?

Question:  I have two new CellCom beltpacks that I registered to the configuration editor software via the 3.5mm cable to the PC running the software.  I can see the beltpack serial numbers in the config editor software screen, but the beltpacks show "Searching" on their LCD displays.  I've power cycled the base but nothing happens with the new beltpacks.  Am I missing something?
Answer:  The new beltpacks have to be registered via the registration cable, but in order for the base base station to "see" these new beltpacks the map has to be downloaded to the base after finishing the registration process, so that the base station will allow the new beltpacks to connect. Once this is accomplished the new beltpacks will see the base station and wake up with the assigned programming.
