Partyline: How many TW beltpacks does the TWC-10 support?
Partyline: How many TW beltpacks does the TWC-10 support?
Question: I have a TWC-10 that supplies comms to approximately (5) RS-502TW beltpacks. How many more can I practically add to this string of beltpacks?
Answer: the TWC-10 is capable of supplying 1amp at 30Vdc on the TW output. This will supply power to approximately 17 TW beltpacks (RS-502TW, RS-522TW or RS-603s). The TWC-10 is equipped with a resettable circuit breaker, when tripped the condition of the circuit breaker is indicated by the red "short" LED. After the short or overload condition is removed, push the "Reset" button to restore the unit to normal operation.

The TWC-10 unit is now obsolete and has been replaced by the TWC-701
