Matrix: How to add an expansion panel to an existing i-station in ECS 5.2

Question:  I've attached an expansion panel to an existing i-station on a Eclipse frame running version 5.2.  When I go to panel programming I don't see the expansion panel, how do I program talk and listen keys to this expansion panel?
Answer:  The expansion panel has to be manually added to the system by declaring it in ECS to the same port as the i-station that it is physically connected to.
Open ECS and perform the following changes in the "Cards and Ports" Programming Screen:
1.  Locate the Port # were the I-station / Expansion Panel are physically attached and hi-light this port line in ECS
2.  When the port line is hi-lighted the "advanced settings" column will be visible, scroll to the "Panel Options" section
3.  Select the "Expansion Panels" line and hi-light it and activate the drop down menu box

4.  Select the EStation option (expansion panel) so that it shows in the dialog box and close the dialog box
5.  Go to the Panel Programming screen, select the I-Station with the attached expansion panel
6.  Place the mouse pointer on the right arrowhead in the upper left hand corner of the screen, the tool tip will say "Go to next main panel or expansion panel in list", advance the panel list and the expansion panel should now be visible and ready to accept key programming

7.  Apply changes to frame to complete the expansion panel key programming operation
