In EHX the enable redundant Ethernet option is an application setting, NOT a project setting in Version 7.5.
Description:
If a project containing matrices with the redundant IP address set is opened on a machine that does not have the redundant IP option turned on The EHX monitoring screen will always report the redundant IP as offline. This is most likely to occur in the client server environment where the server has the connectivity for redundant LAN access but not all the client machines have been configured in the same way.
Solution:
Tools->Matrix Connection menu and tick the "Enable Redundant Ethernet" box.
