Yes the Tempest basestation power supply is auto-switching 100-240 AC. Per the Tempest System user manual the base station supports AC input voltages between 85 and 260 VAC 50 - 60 Hz 15 watts. No internal switch setting to support various countries standard VAC standards, the internal power supply is auto switching.
The basestation unit can also be DC powered (battery 11-32V DC, 12Watts) The Tempest Base Station will draw approximately 12 Watts (990mA at 12VDC).
