Wireless: Can I use other 900 MHz wireless mics / IFB with Tempest 900?

Question: I'm operating a Tempest 900 system in a studio successfully and I now want to add some wireless MICs an IFB to the mix. The wireless MICs operate on fixed frequencies in the 902 - 928 MHz band where Tempest 900 also lives. Will the two systems play nicely together since Tempest 900 is a spread spectrum frequency hopping system and the wireless is on fixed frequencies?
Answer: The Tempest 900 will probably not be affected by the fixed frequency wireless in the 900 MHz band but the Tempest 900 will probably have some affect on the fixed frequency wireless systems depending on the proximity of the two systems to each other. The most obvious effect on the fixed frequency wireless will be some level of de-sensing (lack of operating range).
