Partyline: What is the VPC-1 programming kit?

The VPC-1 programming kit consists of the following 

  • V-Pack programming software for RS-600 series beltpacks

  • The programming cable for V-Pack 

  • The V-Pack programming user manual.  

The V-Pack application allows the beltpack user to customize / individualize beltpack settings for the headset mic, headset earpiece, frequency response, mic button activations and call signal activations etc.
The software + programming cable kit was available to order from Clear-Com at a nominal price while supplies lasted back in 2019.

The V-Pack user manual and software are available for free download.

The cable can be constructed using a DB-9F connector and 3.5mm phone plug
