IP-Voice: How do I set up VoICE so I get Call Signal between two Party-line Systems linked over IP

How do I set up VoICE so I get Call Signal between two Party-line Systems linked over IP
The EF-701Ms should be set up with the two DIP switches on the back of unit set to the Down position.
Both EF-701Ms should be nulled correctly using the front Headset jack socket
The RJ45 connection on the EF-701Ms at each end should be connected via a standard CAT5 patch cable to the “Panel” port of each of the VoICE units.
In the Data set up of both of the VoICE units you need to set the Framing to “None” but leave the other settings as they are (8 data bits, 1 Stop Bit, Parity None, Flow Control None, Baud Rate 19200)
Both VoICE Units should be set to the same sample rate
Both the LEDs (green and Yellow) on both of the EF-701M units should be lit Steady (no flashing)
If you do not get reliable Call Signalling try powering down the EF-701Ms by disconnecting the Party line connection to each and then reconnect it. Also double check the settings listed above.
